THERMOSHIELD 40PT LP^® is an innovative solution developed by Amazonoil, which after extended research and applications have reached the final formula of a powerful protector against thermal damages to the hair.

THERMOSHIELD 40PT LP^® contains carefully selected fatty acids, including the waxy portions of Carnauba. This wax has a high melting point of approximately 82ºC and combined with the fatty acids of each component of the THERMOSHIELD 40PT LP^®, we can observe a powerful action against thermal damages caused by the constant use of dryers and hair straighteners.

THERMOSHIELD 40PT LP^® in contact with the high temperatures caused by the dryer and hair straightener melts and cools quickly, causing the formation of a protective lipid film throughout the extension of the hair fiber, thus promoting a whole barrier layer avoiding dehydration of the hair fiber.

THERMOSHIELD 40PT LP^® contains beta-carotene which is the most natural powerful antioxidant, known for its great capacity for cell renewal. Due to its ability to absorb radiations in the visible and ultraviolet light range, THERMOSHIELD 40PT LP^® becomes to the cosmetic industry, an efficient protector of the capillary fiber, also protecting against sun damage.
